Water bears

Tardigrades, most popularly known as water bears are some of the most fascinating creatures on earth. I chose to write about them today because we are currently learning about them in science class. I find these animal captivating because they can survive almost all conditions! For example you can freeze them until they are dry, put them into a space vacuum, take them back out, warm them up, and they will still be as if nothing happened. Although these animals are super hardy they can’t survive anything, for example, fire, or getting squished. Water bears live all over the world and are usually found is a assortment of mosses. Do you have great eyesight? If you do you might even be able to see them with your naked eye! If not you can always use a microscope, but be careful. These animals are alive too!
